- In 2012, the Director of Agriculture of Hualien County Government visited: Wendan pomelos in Hualien have a surplus every year. Our company devoted to the development of Wendan pomelo- related souvenirs so that the contribution of pomelo farmers will not be wasted.

Wendan pomelo is a seasonal product. If it can be processed and preserved properly, the possibility to find its value would increase and could create more employment opportunities for the hard-working pomelo farmers.

We know that this is an opportunity! The establishment of the Wendan industry chain is a new opportunity for the "Wendan Renaissance". We have always been farmers, and we have been working closely with Hualien Agriculture for a long timek!

- "Hui Lan Shu Dao" was founded in 2002, and in the same year won the 3rd price of New Venture Award.

- In 2010, "Funny Cake" was founded, at that moment started finding pineapples from the local area in Hualien and taught local farmers how to make pineapple fillings.

• Breakthrough the innovative processing technology: pomelo peel is made into preserved fruit; pomelo pulp is made into pomelo jam, which enhances the flavor and prolongs the preservation. Moreover, the extraction of essential oil or dried grinding is more conducive to the sales of processing and product innovation of secondary and tertiary industries.

In January 2020, which was the month of our establishment, the COVID-19 epidemic spread globally. On the most severe and challenging entrepreneurial road, “Wendan Renaissance” is thinking about how to overcome and be innovative. In order to put effort into the epidemic prevention, we worked with the “Hualien Ruisui Farmers Association” to extract Wendan essential oil by cold pressing, and successively developed a series of anti-epidemic washing and cleaning products, including Wendan antibacterial hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, and a variety of new products such as hand sanitizer, mosquito repellent, and natural handmade soap.

The epidemic has stimulated a huge new field for us to change. Therefore, in January 2021, we extended the brand-new brand“Impression Hualien Handmade Soap” for diversified promotion. From dessert souvenirs that “can be eaten”to cultural and creative daily necessities that “can be used”, the potential of business opportunities is unlimited.
